In the same street, “walking distance” are numerous restaurants, pharmacy, Bakery, Bars, surf shop, bike shops, gas station and groceries store. The back street is the famous St. Loiza where you will find all kinds of restaurants and nightlife. All you need to bring are your bags and Enjoy!!! ***We are back again for vacation rental *** Casa Paula Beach Villa (The 3 apartments) has been used as a lodging after Hurricane Irma and Maria for emergency disaster relief brigade (Cobra and FEMA) companies. They leave now in October and we reopen our doors for vacation rental. The villa is ready with FULL generator and water tanks! THIS LISTING: You are renting the FIRST FLOOR apartment; is completely separated and private from the rest of the other TWO apartments. You will have access to the apartment thru the red gate located in front of the villa entrance (see pictures) and your ONE private parking is located behind the RIGHT white garage door (see pictures). PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Casa Paula Villa was renovated by professional architect in 2015 whit FULL power generator and water tanks. The property is a two-story house, divided in THREE APARTMENTS with great privacy for each apartment. Ask the owner for larger groups and for rent the other two apartments. Apartment Description: BEDROOMS: Big Master Bedroom connects with the BBQ and pergola area and it comes with one sofa bed and TV, the SECOND bedroom has his private bathroom, the THIRD room has a queen bed and the FOUR bedroom has a full size bunk bed. Hotel quality, fresh linens for each bed, plenty of pillows and blankets. Each room has a closet and A/C. Comfortably accommodates 10 people. BATHROOMS: Two fully equipped bathrooms and a exterior shower for when you come from the beach. Hair dryer and fresh towels as well. KITCHEN: Is completely equipped (new from November 2015). The kitchen has: 36 inches refrigerator, microwave and oven (all appliances are stainless steel) with air conditioner. LAUNDRY ROOM: Washer and dryer combo with sufficient space to do your laundry. Cleaning equipment is provided plus ironing board and iron. GARAGE AND PERGOLA AREA: The living area is connected with two big doors that give access to pergola/BBQ/garage area. One is located in the dining room and the other one in the master room. Great for a BBQ or simple sit and relax. If you have a car part of the pergola area will serve as garage, but you have plenty space to have a BBQ too. PARKING: 1 private parking, behind the RIGHT white garage door ####NO BIG VANS in parking#### ACCESSORIES: FULL air conditioner apartment 50 inches TV Cable WIFI Broadband internet is available everywhere in the house. BBQ area LOCATION: Casa Paula is located in Mc Leary Street a beach neighborhood in the metro area known for being a “walking distance” community. Which is the main road of Ocean Park. The most visited beach in Puerto Rico is steps away from the house, is one of the most known beaches in the Caribbean for wind surfers, kite surfers, surfers, and all kinds of water sports. In the same street, “walking distance” are numerous restaurants, as: Kasalta Bakery (one of the most famous bakeries of PR), Mangos (restaurant during the day and in the evenings is a pub, great place for drinks), B de Burro (Mexican food), Bagua (Puertorrican food), Pizza Cone (Pizza) among others. Also in the same road you will find: surf shop, bike shops, gas station and groceries store. The back street is the famous St. Loiza. You will find all kinds of restaurants, pharmacy such as Walgreens and all types of shops. (In the attached photos you will see more in detail the location of the house and everything mentioned above.) By car the house is: 10min. from Old San Juan, 5min.from Isla Verde, 10min. from Piñones, 10min. from the airport Luis Munoz Rivera, 90min. from Rincon, 40min. from Fajardo and 60min. from Ponce. All you need to bring are your bags… Enjoy your time in Puerto Rico to the fullest in this property!!! Check IN: 4pm-9pm. After 9pm the check in instructions will be sent and the guest will be responsible. Check OUT: 11am. If the apartment is NOT rented by other guest the day before check in or the day after of check out, the lesser will have flexibility to select the time of check in and check out.
