It is located in a quiet and friendly residential neighborhood right next door to Sarasota’s “central park” (Payne Park) and the newly completed Legacy bike Trail. Just around the corner (again, easy walking distance) is Ringling’s new modern ART museum. Walk, bike or trolley to DOWNTOWN Sarasota for the Saturday FARMER’S MARKET.
You will enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, smart TV, Wi-Fi and free onsite parking. Designed with peace and tranquility in mind, décor and furnishings are comfortable, cozy and clean with a Florida coastal vibe. Family/kid/dog friendly. The backyard is the perfect place to relax: chill in the hammock under the mango tree, sip coffee listening to the morning bird song or cook dinner on the Weber grill. The new Bay Runner TROLLEY is only 3 blocks away: hop on it anytime from 8AM-midnight for FREE and ride to downtown, Lido beach or St Armands.
Payne Park is a great place to exercise, relax or play. It is home to a 9 hole disc golf course, skate park, circus playground, clay tennis courts and plenty of open green space to walk your dog, play or stroll. Payne park café has outdoor live music nearly every Friday night with dinner and drinks for purchase.
The Legacy Bike Trail is 18 miles of vehicle-free, paved path for biking, walking or skating. It goes from our front door/Payne Park all the way to Venice.
