Summary: I would like to give this an excellent but there were a few things that needed improvement which I will list a few. We had some family members that could not come but we still had 12 of us there. It's a great place for a large group of people and every bedroom has its own bath which is a big plus. We had tournaments with the pool table and corn hole games. Some of the family even fished. Enjoyed the hot tub and used the fire pit for s'mores. This all added to the fun we had as a family. Now for the cons (and these may sound a little petty but for the price this rents for, I think it's worth mentioning): I usually bring my own trash bags but forgot them and we used the ones in the unit....very, very thin and couldn't hold much, they ripped with the least bit of effort. The master upstairs bedroom had one window with no covering so people could see in and it was light at 5:00am. Master bathroom upstairs was big and luxurious, however, lighting was not the best. There were plenty of towels and 2 washer/dryers in the main house. The towels, however, were smaller and thinner than I expected. There were 2 bathrooms that had no soap so we had to buy hand soap for them. As I said, all was great and these may sound a little nit-picky but for the price, addressing these little issues could make a big difference. Again, my family had a great time here.
