This light, stylish two bedroom, one bathroom apartment is right in the heart of Elizabeth Bay and Potts Point, close to public transport, the Sydney CBD (Downtown), Kings Cross, Paddington, and Rushcutters Bay. Parking close by can be arranged upon application. The Space: Featuring polished floorboards throughout, this ultra chic apartment is situated in Elizabeth Bay, one of Sydney’s most centrally located suburbs. The open plan living/dining area has comfortable furnishings and a smart TV complete with Netflix and Stan subscription services, as well as easy access to ABC iView and SBS On Demand. Apple TV is also available with guest’s own log in. A dining setting seats four. The galley style kitchen is fully appointed, including an electric oven, four-hot-plate Induction cook top, a microwave oven and dishwasher. Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds and ceiling fans. The bathroom has a combined bathtub and shower and features stylish black and white tiled accents. Shared laundry facilities are available in the basement of the apartment building and are coin operated. The Neighborhood: Elizabeth Bay is one of Sydney’s most sought after, centrally located suburbs, due to its close proximity to the Sydney CBD (Downtown), Paddington and Rushcutters Bay – you can walk to all three. The apartment is also close to vibrant Kings Cross and Darlinghurst, with many eateries, bars and clubs at your disposal. Getting Around: It’s only a short stroll to Kings Cross Station, where you can catch train services into the CBD and western suburbs in one direction, or to Bondi Junction in the other, one of Sydney’s major shopping hubs. Busses service nearby Potts Point which can take you into the CBD and Circular Quay for the Sydney Opera House and ferry services. Although there is no parking for the apartment, a parking spot nearby can be arranged upon application. Other Things to Note: * There is a portable Air conditioning unit in the apartment which we use for those very random hot days. It is strong enough to cool the place and only works one room at the time... but the apartment itself never gets too hot because of its position. * Have you got a baby or an infant traveling with you? We're happy to arrange the hire and delivery of baby items, subject to availability, with excellent package rates for two or more items. Please note that we require a minimum of two days notice, with full payment completed before the items are delivered. * An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site. * A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately. * Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals by MaisonNets and is not a hotel.
