Inside are 5 bedrooms including 2 master suites, 5100 ft of living space, and outside, spacious deck, BBQ, fire pit and 456 feet of private coastline
Inside you will find 5 bedrooms including 2 master suites and 4.5 bathrooms providing comfortable accommodations for families of up to 10 guests. The large oceanfront dining room provides seating for 12.
The numerous common areas are furnished with overstuffed sofas to sink into by the fireplace.
Every area of the house is designed to make you feel at home.
Unique amenities of interest are the extraordinary chef’s kitchen with sea views, a wine chiller, 2 dishwashers and 6 Burner gas stove with grill.
The master suite has a deck with gorgeous views of the sea. There are rain shower heads, heated towel racks and heated floors in the bathrooms. The lower level offers a separate private suite with its own kitchen, living room and bedroom/bathroom.
We provide smart TV’s in the bedrooms, central a/c and heat, an EV car charger and 4 bicycles to explore the beautiful neighborhood.
Outside you’ll enjoy entertaining on the deck overlooking the ocean with the built in BBQ, lobster cooker and fire pit. Connect your devices to the Sonos music system to play your favorite music inside or outside on the deck.
