Elegant ski living at its finest awaits at this two-story townhouse! Promised Land is a retreat that truly lives up to its name, offering everything you and your loved ones could ever need - including a private hot tub - to experience an unforgettable, relaxing Lake Tahoe getaway. The main living space is located on the second floor, while most of the bedrooms (three out of four) are on the first level, which means there should be no problem when any of you wishes to retire for the night while the rest of the group continues mingling.
The kitchen is complete with incredible stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze no matter your skill level! If you'd like to step it up a notch, you can look up a new recipe using the free WiFi or take advantage of the gas grill located on the deck off of the living room to prepare grilled meats and veggies. Speaking of the deck, it's also equipped with comfortable patio furniture and a built-in fireplace. Once mealtime is over, retreat to the private hot tub for a soothing soak or the inviting living room to watch a movie on the large flatscreen TV. There is also a primary suite with a fireplace, flatscreen TV, and en-suite bath with a separate tub, double vanity, and standalone shower.
Three out of four bedrooms are located on the first level, along with two bathrooms, and a laundry room. Two of those bathrooms share a full bath, while the primary bedroom has an en-suite full bath and access to a small deck.
This exclusive community enjoys easy walking access to Heavenly Mountain Resort and the lovely trails of Van Sickle Bi-State Park right next door. The gondola, the ice rink, a number of great restaurants, and the Shops at Heavenly Village are one block away, with lakefront beaches, beautiful hiking trails, and renowned golf courses within a few minutes' drive.

Parking notes: Four cars max; two cars in each garage and two more in front of each garage. No boat, trailers, and no outside guest parkingGuests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet Time is 10PM to 8 AM and strictly enforced. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

WIF can be slow due to our being a mountain town. Lake Tahoe is a mountain town.
Our internet signal is different than in big cities. When there is NOT a lot of people in town, the internet is high-speed. As the town fills up and people stream, the internet will ebb and flow.
