This magnificently designed 3BR/2BA ground floor residence was updated in 2016
with new flooring, lighting, furniture and more. The gourmet kitchen features
a stainless steel refrigerator, six burner Jennair stainless steel oven,
heated floors, new counter tops and back splash. A new table with seating for
8 completes the dining area, and there are 2 sofas in the living room
accompanied by floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking views of Whetstone
and Red Mountain. It has a remote location at the end of the building and has
its own access door, which gives you the feel of being in a home vs. a condo.
With this unique location, you'll have private access to the large shared
patio with the horseshoe pit and grill with picnic tables right outside your
door. After a long day of skiing or hiking, you'll have the option of soaking
in a custom Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom, or shared hot tub located just
one door down from the unit. Full laundry facilities in unit. Sleeps 8 with a
King bed, a Queen bed, and 2 sets of bunk beds. Indoor atrium entry access.
Groups and families love the Plaza for its convenient location just 100 yards
from the ski area's main lift, the Silver Queen. In one short walk, guests can
hit the slopes or take in the action at the base area of Crested Butte
Mountain Resort. Kids love the Adventure Center (mini-golf or rock climbing,
anyone?), and parents love the shops and base area restaurants (hello, happy
hour!). The Plaza is also unique for its condominium setting with hotel style
services. Spacious two- and three- bedroom suites include everything you need
to be independent, while a restaurant and bar, covered parking and two hot
tubs provide all the benefits of a hotel.

Crested Butte is one of them. There are no traffic lights, no chain stores and
