The Juniper Ridge House is a Solar Powered Home, network tied with PG&E! It is located in downtown, Historic Mariposa -- 45 minutes (29 miles) from Yosemite National Park at the Arch Rock Entrance via the all season Highway 140 with no delays!
Newly installed at The Juniper Ridge House is a 48amp, Level 2 EV Charger! Free charging with your reservation. Tesla drivers bring your J1772 adapter.
The Juniper Ridge House is comfortable and convenient for all guests with reliable cell service and high speed WiFi--no dark, gravel, dirt foothill roads to get lost on. Spend the day hiking in Yosemite Valley, and return to sip a glass of wine at our local Wine Bar, take a horse drawn carriage tour through town, enjoy our large hot tub, or simply relax and watch the sunset from our redwood deck. The grocery stores (Pioneer Market or High Country Health Foods and Cafe) are minutes away to supply all of your cooking needs and the Pharmacy (Rite Aide) is there, too. Our great room accommodates families with extensive dining space and a bonus room where the kids can gather for ping pong or movies, while the adults relax by the fireplace and gaze at the spectacular views.
Many of our guests really enjoy our 8 person spa! Our Sundance hot tub is just outside our Northwest facing patio door with easy access in and out and very private for your comfort.
The Juniper Ridge house has a Large Master Suite with double vanity, clawfoot tub, shower, king bed, walk-in closet, and additional closet. Guest Bath has double vanity and a shower. The Great Room is an open 700 square feet with a large dining table for 8, 2 full sofas, comfy accent chairs, flat screen TV, and additional breakfast table that seats 4 more. Bonus room has 2 sofas, ping-pong table, 55 inch flat screen TV, and 2 sliding glass doors exiting to the backyard. Spacious kitchen, lots of counter space, with modern amenities. Large Den with comfortable, queen sofa sleeper, twin bed and double bed, lounge chair, desk, and bookshelf. Bedroom with queen bed. Bedroom with bunkbed and a twin bed. Third bathroom has a shower and bathtub.
The Great Room has french doors which open to our redwood deck that is adjacent to an outdoor dining area. Separate, modern laundry room connected by a versailles tiled hallway to bypass walking through the kitchen. The drive way is a half-circle with ample parking.
For the security of The Juniper Ridge House and protection of our guests there are 3 exterior Arlo video cameras which are active at all times to view the entries to the house. The cameras are located in the driveway to view the front door, the patio to view the back door, and the deck to view our deck doors. While visiting The Juniper Ridge House your privacy is very important to us and none of the cameras view into the house.
