This updated Summerwind cottage is perfect for your vacation. Hop on your bike and ride to Pelican Beach to watch the sunset while the shrimp boats return from their day offshore. Continue riding down the road to lounge at the Beach Club pools, dine on the water at the Pelican's Nest, or to golf on Seabrook Island Club's two championship golf courses.
This fabulous cottage has been updated from top to bottom. Upon entering, you'll notice the hardwood floors and comfortable decor. A cozy sectional invites you to relax while watching shows on the large HDTV with BluRay player set into cabinetry. If you want to read or watch something different, step to the sun room and lounge in this bright room with a HDTV. A door leads to a small deck where you can barbeque on the gas grill while surrounded by the Island's lush, tropical landscape. Dine around the table for six after creating a meal in the well equipped, updated kitchen. The galley kitchen features stainless steel appliances, dark granite counters, white cabinets, and a tile floor. Keep up with the wash using the full sized washer/dryer in the laundry room. Rinse away the beach sand under the outdoor shower nestled under the home.
There are three bedrooms in this cottage. The master bedroom features a king bed, HDTV, access to the sun room, and an en suite bathroom. Highlights in the bathroom include a large walk-in tiled shower and a granite topped vanity. On the other side of the home are the two additional bedrooms. Both have two twin beds and sit between a full hall bathroom. The updated bathroom has a vanity with granite, tile flooring, and a shower/tub.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
