The apt is 4300sqft spread across 4 floors complete with a kitchen terrace and roof deck. The entrance floor has the living room/dining room/kitchen/powder room/dining terrace. Summary: I don’t even know where to begin with this property. It is such a gem. The location is perfect. You’re a quick walk to Riverside Park and a few blocks from Central Park. The UWS is so charming. The street is quiet and it has a neighborhood feel. Restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, everything is right at your fingertips. The place itself is nothing short of spectacular. It’s stocked with everything you could ever need. The layout is ideal. The balcony and rooftop are to die for. There’s a laundry room which is so convenient. The bedrooms are great, the beds are comfortable, the living room and dining room both have working fireplaces that are so cozy. It was super clean upon arrival. Communication about any questions was easy. I can’t say enough good things. We had the best stay and hope to come back soon.
