You'll love our newly renovated bungalow in quaint Grimsby on the Niagara peninsula. We're located a few short blocks from the lake with a rocky beach access, and are surrounded by dozens of wineries. Enjoy a wine tour and and come back home to relax in luxury. There is more than enough room and seating for your whole group to gather together in the open concept living spaces located over two levels. We have 2 fully equipped kitchens, living and dining spaces that can accommodate 2 families if needed.
On the main level you can Lounge around and watch a movie on the large sectional sofa on the 75' smart tv, or gather together around the dining table. There's also a large covered porch to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. A Bluetooth speaker, books and games are provided for your entertainment.
You'll enjoy cooking up meals in style in the brand new gourmet kitchen, from the gleaming quartz countertops, and large apron sink, to the wine fridge and multiple small appliances for your convenience.
3 bedrooms complete the main floor space with comfy beds and luxurious cotton bedding for a cozy night's rest. The Master has a sumptuous king sized bed, and another 55" smart tv. You'll also enjoy exclusive access to the private ensuite, with a gorgeous tiled shower. Down the hall, there is another washroom with a shower/tub, and two more bedrooms with queen sized beds.
On the lower level you’ll find an additional 1,100sq ft of living space including two more queen bedrooms with egress windows for more natural light, and Jack&Jill access to the 3rd washroom. A second fully equipped kitchen and secondary living and dining spaces complete the space. Another 65” smart tv and a second Bluetooth speaker are found here for your entertainment, and a separate heating/cooling unit ensures your utmost comfort. Our Tankless water heater will ensure that you’ll never run out of hot water.
Connecting the two levels is a large breezeway with 2 sets of washers and dryers. Ironing and cleaning supplies can be found in this area as well.
The back yard is accessed from the breezeway. There You'll find a BarBQ and separate seating areas to spread out and enjoy the space.
