Positive: New, very clean. Everything you need & more.

Negative: You need to ascend & likewise descend 2 flights of stairs from street level at main entrance with your luggage arriving or departing. The doorman advises you to use the side ramps from Landers but they are almost a block away. I advise you use garage entrance elevators. I observed so many struggling with their belongings up & down.

Summary: I concur with all the 5 star reviews. Host Juliet was prompt in response and helpful
