Summary: Two smaller houses connected by a fenced yard. Ideal if you have two separate families or groups. However if you are looking for a place to stay with your entire group under one roof this is not the place. These houses have both been renovated very nicely, but the property management is not taking care of the upkeep. You could tell it was quickly cleaned, surface only. Both houses need a really good deep cleaning. One bed had pieces of candy in the sheets, another bed was clearly not cleaned the sheets had stains. The side chairs really in the living room really need a good cleaning. The water knobs in on of the bathrooms kept falling off and one of the dining room chairs is broken but doesn't look like it to the eye but when you sit you will fall. The yards were not maintained and the air in one of the houses did not work. I contacted the property management and got no reply. My guest ended up all having to cram into one house since the other house got up to 80 degrees inside. Communication is very difficult with this property. I think it's a cool idea for a group, but next year for this trip we will look elsewhere. Probably better for a one night stay for a football game. Parking is limited and does not accommodate the amount of guests the houses do. Also no dishwasher so if you plan on cooking, plan on washing everything by hand. Again super cute homes but I would recommend a different management company to maintain and communicate with guests.
