The terrace - furnished with lounge chairs, sunbeds and dining group -opens to the sun-drenched park with palm trees, pine trees and flowerbeds. Enjoy the sound of the sea and the scent of flowers. Your garden area directly borders one of the most beautiful beaches in Marbella.

In 5 minutes by car, which you can park in the apartment's own underground parking lot (25 steps from the apartment`s front door), you can reach the commercial center of Elviria. There you find a picturesque square with old cork oak trees, surrounded by well-stocked supermarkets, a delicatessen and catering store, charming boutiques, bank branches, surgeries and service offices.
