- The property requires a damage deposit of USD 250/stay/unit on the credit/debit card provided. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and is refunded IN FULL upon check-out.
- Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival.

Each unit features:

- Queen bed in the first bedroom and 2 Twin beds in the second bedroom or King bed in the first bedroom and 1 Queen bed in the second bedroom with a sleeper sofa

- The fully stocked kitchen has a stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cooking utensils, coffee pot, dishes and silverware.
- The attached dining area offers plenty of space for casual meals.
- An in -unit washer and dryer are also available.

- Maid service available upon request with a fee of $85 plus tax.

- All guests must sign in at the front desk to receive their Pool Pass. A $10 fee will be charged for any unreturned pool passes.
