Summary: maison bien placée, qui pourrait être très belle si elle était entretenue : - cuisine : plus d'émail dans l'évier, plaques électriques encrassées, toile cirée déchirée - salle de bains très très vétuste : bac à douche encrassé, rideau de douche tenu par une ficelle, eau qui ne s'écoule pas, serviettes sales restées sur les porte-manteaux... chambre : pas de couette mais un couvre lit style tricot pas très hygiénique par les temps qui courent extérieur : salon de jardin sale, parasol cassé....
