Open concept living room and dining area equipped with a six person dining table. All three bedrooms have memory foam mattresses along with the pull out mattress in the living room Sofa couch. The master bedroom is fitted with two queen beds, one room on the second level has one queen bed and the other room has one full and one twin bed. Including the sofa bed in the living room, this space contains 6 beds
beds that can comfortably host 10-12 guests.

Summary: The home is new, clean and comfortable, but know there are a lot of stairs. We liked the sleeping areas being separated. As well as the two entertainment areas. Would suggest a king bed in the master as well as area rugs under the beds and furniture. Gorgeous floors, but EVERYTHING slides around. Also suggest a look at the hot water heater. We did have a few issues with running out of hot water. Kitchen was decently stocked, but could definitely use baking sheets and more plates, silverware, and some real size coffee cups and invest in a Keurig! Overall, location, parking, and home was great. Would rent again!
