Resort Access
Our contracts are such that our guests have access to the entire resort facilities and amenities.
Once reservation is confirmed and payment is received we arrange through Vidanta to issue a guest letter that confirms reservation and resort access. This letter must be presented upon arrival at the resort check in desk.
Approximately one month prior to check-in the guest will receive an invitation by the Vidanta transportation group to confirm flight arrival information, number of guests arriving, number of bags and oversized pieces such as golf clubs.
