Summary: We rented this cabin for my bachelor party. We overall thought the property itself was nice, but it was obvious it hadn’t been taken care of. What we liked about the cabin was the view on the back porch, its relatively remoteness, and some of the amenities. There were some things that caused us to give the property only 3 stars. We booked the cabin based on one of its main amenities, the theater room. We were planning to watch the final four and other sports together the whole weekend in the theater room while we shoot pool and relax. We spent days looking for the theater remote only to find it hidden in a kitchen drawer completely snapped in half. Additionally searching for the theater remote all over the cabin caused us to really take notice of the cleanliness of the place. We were looking under couches and chairs and found all types of old food. We found corn cobs, chip wrappers, and crumbs. The theater room really needs some TLC. We think the cabin itself is very nice, it just doesn’t seem like it has been taken care of. We may have been unlucky and had bad guest before us. We were not super happy of the condition on the place plus the inability to use the main amenity we booked the cabin for in the first place. For the price we paid, we left a bit let down
