One double bedroom has an Air conditioning and a wall safe, and two double bedrooms have a exit to a private balcony. Main bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, bidet, washbasin and toilet and hair dryer. Fully equipped large kitchen with fridge and freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, electric stove and everything you need for cooking and dinning is here for you to use. Living room with a large sofa with a fireplace, LCD TV with Satellite, air conditioning and a closed terrace in the front of the house, where you can enjoy your first coffee in the morning with your family or friends. Ground floor On east side of the ground floor there is a Fitness room with the latest equipment for exercise and stretching with LCD TV and an extra bathroom next door with a shower, toilet, washbasin and hair dryer. Facilities West of the Villa is a heated 12 x 5m shared swimming pool equipped with underwater massage jets and a neck massage jet.Also there is a Finnish sauna and an additional bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet, perfect for afternoon tea or to simply sit and relax enjoying the climate full of sunshine with a light breeze, 450 m above sea level. Full size tennis court with synthetic grass and table tennis is available for recreation, also a fully equiped Fitness room with the latest equipment for exercise and stretching with LCD TV for those wanting to have an active vacation. There is a summer barbecue house with dining table, kitchen with fridge and a small toilet with washbasin is outside for you to enjoy and relax. If you want a little bit more recreation, you can take a bike and explore the place and enjoy nature, culture and convenience of the little place of Neorić.
