-MINIBUS / taxi that takes you from Aktion Preveza airport to the Villas and from the Villas to the airport(for a fee).
Villa Amantea4 is for4 persons maximum, consisting of1 double bedroom andasmaller bedroom with a bunk bed. Thereis1 large bathroom with shower. The living area has an equipped kitchen, a large table with 6 chairs, a comfortable sofa, andthere is a balconywith panoramic views of the bay of Sivota.
In the living room a flat-screen TVis also provided with satellite channels.Italian and American coffee machines, Internet access, a washing machine,a dishwasher, an iron a hairdryer, a generous supply of cutlery.There isAir- conditioning in the living room and in both double bedrooms.
Each villa has a private garden divided by anoleander hedge ever blooming, and aprivate parking for one car. One very important thing for those who know Sivota is thatthe road leading to the villas is paved and the inside alley is completely tiled in stone. Outside there are flowers and over 100-year-old olive trees.
The Villasare 300 m from the sea. There are 2 possible ways to reach the bay of Sivota.There is a steep walking path of 300m. and a normal side road, wich is around 900 m. and you can go by car.
At the port of Sivota you can find cafes, bars, family restaurants, mini-markets and bakeries.Forbig supermarkets you can go to Vasiliki (a 10- minute drive) orto Lefkada (a 30- minute drive).
At the port of Sivota there is a small beach, where motor boats, yachts, and inflatable boats can be rented.
Larger and equipped beaches area 10- minutes drive in Vassiliki.
If you arrive with your own car, the residence owner will welcome you at the Sivota Port and lead you to theresidence.
You can book raft tours (also with a skipper), directly from the Port of Sivota.
