On the 4 levels are arranged the various rooms:3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an outdoor kitchen on a shaded terrace withpanoramic views of the seaof Punta San Francesco and the islet of Sant`Eufemia and its lighthouse.
The internal elevator provides access to the third floor, from which the few steps to the terrace with kitchen start.
