VILLA JANNA & PRATA is called in Sardinian THE SILVER GATES and is our largest property with a private swimming pool and magnificent sea views. Divided on two levels can accommodate up to 12 people. The house has a wonderful location and the undeveloped views of both the mountains and the dream sandy beaches of Cala Liberotto. Our most exclusive house is now waiting for its future regular guests!
FOR WHOM IS THE HOUSE PARTICULARLY SUITED?
Big families, tour groups. Perfect for guests who like to spend their holidays close to the beach but appreciate their privacy. Guests who want to afford a bit more luxury on holiday and would like to spend a day in this fantastic area by the pool.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT THERE?
This large villa contains two completely independent units. On the ground floor are 4 bedrooms, two with double beds with the dimensions 160 x 200 and two further bedrooms with two single beds (90 x 200). One bathroom has a bathtub next to one bedroom. The second bathroom is located behind the kitchen. Villa Janna & Prata is a successful mix of exotic living details and classic, Mediterranean living design with light fabrics and bright colors. The modern kitchen leaves plenty of space to properly cook extensively. But the grill fans can look forward to two brick barbecues.
On the first floor you will find another 2 bedrooms with sloping ceilings, fully equipped kitchen and a shower room.
All rooms are air-conditioned, so you can cool down here on the hottest days or enjoy pleasant living temperatures in fresh spring temperatures.
The terraced garden has many wonderful, green corners, a lawn, lemon and pomegranate trees.
Finally, after the CASA MIRA, we can offer families and larger groups a home with a wonderful, spacious private pool.
WHERE IS THE HOUSE?
The house is situated on a hill in Cala Liberotto. The beaches are also within walking distance (Cala Ginepro, Sa Prama). For shopping, drive about 5 minutes by car to the center of Sos Alinos. Orosei is about 12 km from the house.
