The Villa can accommodate up to 8 people (6 in the villa 2 in annex). Villa Le Silerchie is adjacent to Via delle Silerchie and therefore is not in an isolated position. However privacy is guaranteed by the great garden filled with pine and olive trees that separates it from the road; and the woods of chestnut, oak and pine trees that separate it from adjacent villas. The most prestigious tourist resorts of Versilia are about 20 minutes by car: Forte dei Marmi, with its famous beaches, nightlife and the 18-hole golf course; and Pietrasanta, with its splendid historic center and the infinite variety of artistic events and gastronomic occasions. The nearest tourist port is Viareggio, about 10 km away. At the same distance is the motorway entrance, from which you can easily reach the major cities of art and the main tourist sites in Tuscany. Pisa international airport is about 40 minutes away by car. In addition to the possibility of easily reaching the beautiful beaches of Versilia, Villa Le Silerchie is an excellent starting point for excursions to the nearby Apuan Alps; and it is an ideal location for those who love road cycling, trekking, biking and mountain biking. ===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION ===== The villa is 230 sqm, divided in 3 levels: main floor (with mezzanine), annex and solarium (100 sqm). The living room is divided around a large sofa in "L" and a long stone bench that includes a stone fireplace; the window of the living room leads directly to the terrace and swimming pool. The adjacent dining room is furnished with a large teak table that can accommodate up to 12 people; the stained glass window leads to a spacious terrace (in summer lunch outside) and a staircase leading to the large solarium (over 100 square meters) that covers the entire area of the villa. Connected to the living room, a large modern kitchen equipped with all the latest equipment also includes a longer harvest breakfast and lunch area. Two bedrooms are situated on the ground floor and both are equipped with walk-in closets and private bathroom: the first with a large bathtub for two people, the second with bathtub/shower equipped with hydro-massage system. On the Loft there is a third bedroom with two separate beds and a small bathroom with shower.
