Positive: Το σπίτι είναι χτισμένο κάτω από τον κεντρικό δρόμο, με αποτέλεσμα να έχει απόλυτη ησυχία. Είναι πολύ ευρύχωρο, με μεγάλο σαλόνι και ωραία θέα προς το βουνό και την θάλασσα από το μπαλκόνι του υπνοδωματίου. Αν και παλαιάς κατασκευής, διαθέτει ανακαινισμένα μπάνια.
