This beautiful villa offers a large, heatable and private swimming pool, seaviews and a sauna. The villa is tastefully decorated and located south from Lisbon and on a short distance to the beach. The area is offering lots of nature and stunning beaches. You can make a beautiful walk to the beach, or go to the beach using one of the two available mountain bikes. You can also reach the beach easily by car. When you are staying in the villa with small children we especially recommend to visit Lagoa de Albufeira. The small children can play in the calm and warm water and the teenagers can enjoy the beach and the bigger waves of the ocean. Lisbon is reachable in 35 minutes and a visit to Lisbon should is a must in your holiday plans. If you like to play golf, there are 2 great golfresorts in 30 minutes from the villa (Aroeira golfresort and Quinta do Peru). Sesimbra is a pretty fishing town with some excellent restaurants, where you can enjoy the fresh fish and a nice glass of "Vinho Verde".

Ground floor: Covered entrance to the spacious living room, well furnished with armchairs and sofa, flat screen television, fireplace and three sets of patio doors leading to the pool terrace with unobstructed sea views. Open passage to the kitchen with microwave and oven, five burner gas stove and grill plate on kitchen island, dishwasher. Door.Open pantry with fridge-freezer, washing machine and ironing facilities. Plenty of storage. Dining room with table and 6 chairs, sliding door opens onto a covered terrace. On the other side of the living room, the hallway to the bathroom and bedrooms. Double bedroom, located at the rear of the villa, with fitted wardrobes and views of the pool, access to the terrace by the pool. Bathroom with bath and shower (in the bath), double sink and toilet. Bedroom with two single beds.
First Floor: Open staircase leads to the spacious, open loft with single bed and trundle, leaving two additional berths can be made. The loft is open, so to be considerate of noise coming from the living room. Bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and access to private balcony with stunning views over the surrounding area to the sea.Open bathroom with small bath, hand shower, sink and toilet. Outside: Mature garden with complete privacy, lawn, and large and heated private swimming pool of 15 x 6 meters, flanked by a number of trees. The pool is safe to conclude with a cover, so that even small children can play safely outside.
Outdoor shower at the cottage with sauna to the side of the pool. Sun terrace with deck chairs, equipped with solar wind screens for the sides and the top. Garden table and chairs. Stone barbecue on covered terrace to the side. Two mountain bikes available for guests, a great way to explore the area. To the side of the villa takes you through the outside stairs on the blue terraces, where the evenings relax with a nice glass of wine, enjoying the sunset. The driveway to the house is unpaved, about 50 meters.
