Annex inside a modern villa with a shared swimming pool and solarium, 20 meters from the sea with flat rocks and 5 minutes from the famous Fontane Bianche.
Inside a modern villa with large shared spaces, this annex is accessible through a pedestrian path and located to the left of the gate.
Through a French window, from the patio overlooking the pool, guests enter the bright living area furnished with a comfortable corner sofa, TV, dining area and a large open-plan kitchen, well-equipped and also fitted with an oven, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee machine. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a queen size bed overlooking the garden and a second room with two single beds. A bathroom with a double roll-in shower completes the interior.
The outdoor spaces available are beautiful, such as the furnished patio, with barbecue and table for meals overlooking the pool. The shared pool, surrounded by a sunbathing area and a green area with palm trees, is open all year round.
Guests can park their cars outside the fence, in front of the pedestrian gate.
