Positive: The home is new and better than pictures; however, there are major plumbing issues that need to be addressed before rented again. 24-hour security and daily cleaning staff were exceptional.
Negative: Surprise charges for daily electricity use, use of AC and general electricity use is not free. Major plumbing issues: an upstairs shower leaked and caused the living room ceiling downstairs to rain with water; drain pipe in upstairs kitchen detached causing kitchen to flood; little to no hot water in showers even after running for 20+ minutes; water pressure in shower varied throughout stay with most showers only dripping out drops of water; several toilets leaked and flooded into hallways. Downstairs kitchen’s stove top did not work. Minor new construction cosmetic issues were present as well.
