Summary: We had a fabulous stay at this villa. I was with my 2 sons, my daughter in law and 2 grandsons aged 5 and 2. The villa is really spacious, very clean and very well equipped, there is everything you need. A plentiful amount of beach towels were also provided which was a nice touch. The kids loved the swimming pool and the views from the terrace over the bay are incredible. The outdoor kitchen with gas bbq was ideal for cooking evening dinners.The property is located on a hillside in a residential area so a car is essential. A short drive away is the town of Vallauris where we went a couple of times to have a coffee and croissant breakfast. There is also a very large Leclerc supermarket there that has everything you could possibly need. A special mention to Aimee the host. Aimee lives next door and is very helpful lady. She met us upon arrival and explained that the previous guests had broken the washing machine but, if we had any washing to do, if we sent her a WhatsApp message she would come and collect it and do the washing, which she did. We weren't leaving for the airport on our last day until 13.00 hours and she very kindly allowed us a late checkout. I realise that this won't always be possible if there are new guests arriving but it was a much appreciated, very kind gesture. In summary, I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anybody holidaying in the Golfe Juan region and we would hope to return again someday in the future
