With its modern/contemporary styling, Villa Pristine in the exclusive Malmok/Arashi area of Aruba lives up to its name. However, it is not just the lovely and clean aesthetics of this villa that makes it a must see. The 2700 sq. ft. villa is located at a 5 minute walking distance from Aruba's beautiful Malmok Beach and Boca Catalina (or a quick 30 second drive). Cannot forget to mention that the view from the villa is stunning!
Villa Pristine was constructed in 2016 in the exclusive Malmok/Arashi area of Aruba, which is known as the Beverly Hills of Aruba. This 3-bedroom, 2,5-bathroom villa lives up to its name with its clean, sleek, modern and minimalist style. Beach-goers could not wish for a better location, as Villa Pristine is a quick 5-minute walk from Aruba's beautiful Malmok Beach and Boca Catalina (or a quick 30-second drive). Large rolling Igloo jug is included, which can be used to keep your drinks cold while at the beach.
Once inside, the villa boasts 3 large bedrooms, 2 large modern bathrooms and a half bathroom. In addition, the villa boasts a large, breezy living room with a 65-inch Smart TV (Netflix etc. included) and modern open kitchen with island, dishwasher and huge refrigerator. The kitchen includes kitchen utensils, cooking pots and pans, microwave, stove and oven. There is a 6 -seat modern dining table in the living room. The living room/kitchen opens up to a large patio via a 17 ft. (5.20 m.) folding door, which ultimately leads to a view over the "saliña", a view that is simply stunning! The patio also has comfy lounge patio furniture (sofas and table) ideal for lounging once the sun goes down and a large BBQ grill which guests may make use of.
Wifi is free, unlimited and there is a strong internet connection throughout the entire villa. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned. (UPDATE: Living room and kitchen now also fully air conditioned!). Fresh sheets and bath towels will be provided. The laundry room is furnished with a washer and gas dryer for your use.
