Positive: Excellent location, very spacious residence, beautiful terrace, tennis court, beautiful, private beach, quiet location, fenced land, outdoor grill with large outdoor dining set, well-kept surroundings, small pool - perfect fun for children. A large dining room with a wonderful view of the sea - great for an evening get-together.

Negative: The apartment was not clean - dust, dirt, sticky dishes, stains on the blankets. Induction hob on which only one pan worked. For the rest we had to use iron plates (very slow cooking). If you turned on two hotplates, it tripped the fuse. Expensive payment for bed linen - 20€ per person. When we got used to all the inconveniences after two days, we fell in love with this accommodation, and saved our vacation here as one of the best memories. And if I honestly think about it, without all the deficiency, it wouldn't have that authenticity and soul that we loved so much, our vacation story wouldn't be as much fun. If we return to Elba, we would like to stay here again.
