The garden, which has been converted into a relaxing space not overlooked, also offers a friendly space where the plancha and the meat grill will be your best friends during your holidays. A salt pool of 6 x 3m has just been built on the property, secured by a roller shutter and with heating for the low season (supplement of 200Euros). Perfect for enjoying the surroundings because only 10 minutes walk from the village where you can find restaurants, local shops, grocery store, bakery etc... The house is also the starting point for hikes in the Alpilles, by car, on foot or by bicycle. The house does not accept animals. Electric car socket available at the carport. Exit cleaning included - A lump sum may be deducted from the security deposit if the garbage cans have not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared to the inventory of fixtures at the entrance and if laundry is missing.
