Baan Sawadee (welcome in Thailand) is a 2 storey, 380 sq. fully equipped luxurious villa with beautiful hand made Chiang Mai furniture surrounded by an amazing lush garden. It offers 3 bedrooms, each with separate bathroom, a fully featured open plan kitchen(fully equipade) connected to the living and dining areas with a centralized guest bathroom. The living area provides a wonderful indoor/outdoor flow with doors opening out onto a covered patio. The outside area offers a Bbq overlooking the private pool (salt water pool) with jacuzzi and over 3000 sqm of tropical gardens. Additional features include high speed Wifi internet; satelitte Tv, home cinema, Dvd player with a large collection of Dvd's in French ,German and English. Situated on a naturally beautiful hillside, the villa offers a marvellous view of the surrounding Thai landscape. The tropical garden offers an oasis of calm. Only a 5 minute drive away is Nai Yang and Nai Thon beaches which offer access to a wide range of traditional cuisines and other culinary delights, relaxing Thai massage, shops, traditional markets, bars and night life. The beach area is one of the most beautiful and peaceful on the island as it is part of a national park. Also, for all your shopping needs, there is a shopping centre only 10 minutes drive away. If you feel like a round of golf, there are 3 world class golf courses only a short drive away. . The house is perfect for a a group of adults or a family holiday as children are especially welcome. A local contact, who speaks English, Russian, French and German, is available and will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Late night check ins are no problem and we will provide a welcome drink and fruit platter. You can be assured when you wake up the following morning that we will also provide you with coffee and breakfast. .
