The special layout with a large, central living area for all guests, a parents' suite with bathroom and two small but fully equipped flats for 2 people each, is perfect for a group of 6 people who want plenty of space and privacy. Both flats are accessible from the outside as well as from the inner terrace areas. Further highlights are the four different orientated and partly covered outdoor areas, which you can use to sunbathe, browse or enjoy pleasant meals outside, depending on the wind and the position of the sun. The 4th shower room on the ground floor, which is accessible to all, is particularly practical after a swim on the nearby sandy beach. Several car parking spaces are also available on the 1200 square metre property. The small, attractive seaside resort, which borders the Pink Granite Coast to the east, is surrounded by no fewer than seven sandy beaches. The small town centre and the various beaches are just a few minutes' walk away. The harbour promenade is lined with typical restaurants and cafés offering excellent French cuisine. You can also buy fresh lobster, seafood and fish from the fishermen at the harbour and prepare them in the well-equipped kitchen.
