Positive: The location was quite good, it's well served on the trams. The area itself is nice with some good restaurants close by.
Negative: The room itself is a bit subpar. Getting cold water from the taps is not guaranteed, it's a bit of luck working the tap. Some of the wall sockets don't work. Some of the light fixtures don't work. The pillows were pretty bad, even using two together they offered no support for your head. The room is a bit cramped and the excess furniture doesn't help - there's a large officey looking unit which takes up a lot of space next to the bed and isn't really suitable as a dining space. Rearranging the furniture could make the space feel bigger. There was two microwaves in the kitchen, one was broken - perhaps remove the broken one. The neighbours in other rooms were also quite loud and without any permanent staff on-site, there was nobody there to ensure quiet so you could get a good night's sleep. The towels were clean, but smelled like cooking - which might be explained by the strong smell of cooking in the stairwell. If you're looking to save money with a self-catering accommodation, i'd advise to spend a bit more and get somewhere more comfortable. It's only really good for a very short stay.
