This community is extremely well-maintained, with lovely landscaping and a golf course! You'll also have access to a community pool, as well as the spa. There are several lakes in the community to enjoy and you will have a water view right from your own unit! Enjoy the beautiful view as you sit on your balcony and enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail. The unit has a well stocked kitchen perfect for entertaining guests. The mini bar is also a hit and perfect for keeping drinks cool and refreshing ! The dining area sits next to the living room and mini - bar making it easy for everyone to mingle and enjoy the space. Both bedrooms are stocked with new linens. The Master Bedroom has a new luxury Simmons hybrid mattress and both bedrooms include a walk in closet. Wash and dryer are also available for use in unit. There is $100 application fee for the condo association that we have built into the cleaning fee. We will pay this fee on your behalf.
