Vitaluxury apartment is a secured luxury apartment located at No9 Moloko close Santos Layout, Akowonjo/Ikeja. It is a one story magnificent building with four units of two bedrooms flats and four units of one bedroom flat.
We are located in a close that offer us more security with two fully manned security gates.
We share the same fence with Lagos local/ International airport and our apartment is less than five minutes drive from the airport and we offer free pick up from the airport.
We provide 24hrs electricity/Air conditioning and wate supply to our guests through our power supply from public utilities companies,100KV generator and solar inverter installation.
Our two bedroom flat has a standard master bedroom in suite ,children room in suite, Sitting room, Kitchen, Visitors toilet, two balcony and a lobby. Our two bedrooms apartment has one balcony for the sitting room and another balcony for the roooms with a long lobby connecting the room to the sitting room
Our master and children room are all equipped with 6x6inch queen size bed with bed spread and duvet,three pillows, air conditioner, fan, two side stool, mirror and a dressing table,reading table and chairs, wardrobe with hangers, 48inch smart Tv connected to the Internet with prime video and Netflix and premium DSTV subscription.
Each of our rooms are in suite with a standard toilet equipped with drier,
water heater, hand and head shower with towels, tissues and soap provided
Our settings room is equipped with three sets of upholstery chair, a center table, Air conditioner unit, fan, Tv console with 58inch Hisense smart Tv connected to Internet with Netflix and prime video and premium DSTV subscription.
