Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The place is clean and nice inside. Parking spot is great. Security is great. Air conditioning in both areas worked well. Wifi great. Kitchen utensils were provided.
Negative: However, there were a few things in my mind that were not in order. Toilet only on lower level with no hand towel and only 1 small roll of toilet paper for a week. Nothing in the listing said no toilet in upstairs bathroom area near bedroom. No toiletries except hand wash even though listing says they are there. Every (unlocked) cupboard was bare. Coffee machine but no coffee nor way to know what to bring. Nothing to assist with cooking like salt, pepper, oil. Towels very thin and small and only one each for the week (I noticed this has been commented on by other reviewers). Bath mat looked like one had been cut in half to very small with an edging added. Washing machine fine but no detergent, not even a little. Kitchen sponge inadequate to clean up - no other cloth except one tea towel. No additional bin liners. From day 1 small brown ants on floor in living area. Email you receive says that they strive to make you feel at home, but although a descent property it is not very welcoming to walk into.
Summary: Good value for money but attention to finer details for travellers required.
