Villa Anna is a very spacious villa, equipped with a large garden and parking spaces inside the villa. It is located in Salento, in Tiggiano, a quiet and well-equipped village from which you can easily reach the best seaside resorts of Salento with your own car. The villa has three bedrooms (double with bathroom, twin and single with shared bathroom). It is located 5km away from the Ionian Sea. Villa Anna is a very fresh, bright, calm and familiar home. Ideal for those looking for a little relaxation and contact with nature, without giving up the comforts of home. Tiggiano is a small and peaceful town. The closest seaside resort is Marina Serra di Tricase, known for its suggestive cliff, for the ancient caves and for a natural swimming pool which has been mentioned among the ten most beautiful seaside places in Italy. Guests will have access to a large garden and a large terrace. There are four parking spaces inside the villa and a couple of places outside. Guests will share the kitchen, the TV room and the living room. However, they are very large spaces to guarantee the privacy of each guest. Should guests decide to swim in Marina Serra, they will also have access to the garden and to the shower, picnic and relaxation area of a seaside villa. They will then be able to refresh themselves after the day at the beach before returning to Villa Anna or continuing the evening. The owners (my parents) live in Marina Serra, 5km away from Villa Anna, in the seaside villa to which guests can have access to the garden. It will be them, or their employee, who will open the doors of Villa Anna for you. You can contact them when you want for any need. Villa Anna is located half an hour or less away by car from some of the major seaside resorts of Salento (Santa Maria di Leuca, Santa Maria al Bagno, Santa Caterina, Torre Pali ...). It is a strategic place to explore the entire area of southern Salento, both in the day and in the evening in the numerous festivals that animate the summer and sometimes even the winter season. In August there is a public bus transport service, "Salento in Bus". This service allows you to move everywhere in the Salento peninsula. However, it would be preferable to have a private means of transport. The nearest airport to Villa Anna is Brindisi Casale. From there you can reach Lecce by shuttle. Next you need to reach the station and from there inquire about the trains or buses that take you to Tiggiano. However, it would be more appropriate to have a private means of transport and GPS or a similar application on the mobile phone to reach the villa more easily. For those coming by car from other parts of Italy, once you enter the city of Lecce, you must follow the signs for Maglie - Santa Maria di Leuca - Tricase - Tiggiano.
