Summary: The room was in good order and the staff was nice but the problem with the policies of the hotel that made it a big inconvenience for guests to only have one key card especially when they reserved and paid for two people. You always needed to get someone to open your room for you if you were charging your phone or computer because you need it your key for the lights as well.
