Renovated End Unit Town House located in the Big Boulder Resort. This house can also be rented combined with the unit next to it (which we also own - here is the listing. for both houses, which has many more five star reviews https://www.vrbo.com/1428808). House is just a few minutes walk to the Big Boulder slopes. In summer the house has access to Big Boulder Lake Club with pool, beach on the lake, boats available on the lake, tennis, volleyball and much more. Wonderful end unit town house with 3 bedrooms with loft with foosball, 2 full bathrooms, Hot tub, jacuzzi bath tub, cable, wifi, large flat screen smart tvs, gas fireplace, 8 game Pac Man Arcade and all the comforts you could want. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools you need prepare great meals for your family and friends. . House is end unit in a 4 unit group of townhouses and has a heavy duty fire door connecting it by the dining area to the next unit, so that it is possible to rent the two houses together.
In the winter you are minutes from the slopes. In the summer, the Boulder Lake Club offers a variety of recreational activities for renters including beach, outdoor heated pool, tennis, volleyball, badminton, cornhole, ladderball, football, soccer, basketball, bocce ball, ping pong, horseshoes. Please check out Big Boulder Club for more information. It is open all week in the summer and usually weekends from Memorial Day to beginning of summer and end of summer to mid September.

Minimum rental is usually 2 nights and if you want to rent a Friday or Sat night, the full weekend rate applies to the second night whether it is a Thurs or a Sunday. Non weekend rate is generally an add on to a weekend rental. If you want to rent just mid week (Sun to Thurs), the night rate depends on when you want to stay and how long .Summer weekly rentals are usually Friday to Friday. Less than a week is possible depending on when you want to start and end the stay (usually has to be a Friday on one end).
