This 2022 modern luxury camper is ready for you to enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature.It located in a hidden gem location,nested in over 2 acres near the intersection of Valrico common,you will have access to everywhere in a short distance and still enjoy the beauty of earth.It a good fit for couples, families,honeymoon,romantic,small children, solo travelers, wedding destination.Fully equipped with everything you need.
The set up is airstream inspired and it still smell brand new,the spectacular view from both side will make you feel so relax.We have ultensils,cookware,pot and pan,everything you need for a dinner, the stove inside is not for cooking(we want you to have the best glamping experience so cooking outdoor will avoid the odor from the food, also for the safety of our guests). We have an outdoor bbq grill with a side burner that work great for your cooking,on the counter we have a toaster,coffee machine and a set of kitchen aid knife collection, the microwave is for reheat the food or for cook in stand food.We have a small basket of snacks and 2 instant oatmeal so you can cook for your quick breakfast.The fire pit is for share with us and the others guests.Inside the camper we have a queen bed with a bed protection, we also have the other 2 bunk bed,work great if you come as a family of 4 or 5(additional fee will be charge), it will be a great experience if you never camping or want to try it and afraid of getting dirty, sweat,this is a perfect stay for you.Lets GLAMPING with WANDERLUST RV IN THE CITY.Definition of Glamping:outdoor camping with amenities and comforts such as beds, electricity that more luxurious than those associated with traditional camping.
As a host, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cozy RV. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules.
- No shoes within the house.
-Be mindful to check when you pack before you leave as 2 time we have guest that “accidentally” packed our amenities with them.If items is found missing,extra fee will charged and it will be report to air bnb community. We have a list of what we have in the room and it will be double check after you check out.
- Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
- There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
- PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied.
- PARKING: parking is provided next to the camper.
- Feel free to use the barbecue outside that is set up for our super guests’ leisure use only. The BBQ is to be used by the guests who stay at the RV and is not to invite others to the home as it will be considered as hosting a party. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required. You will also need to add your own gas to the BBQ as it is not supplied.
- Please acknowledge that from occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
- Please do not rearrange our furniture.
- If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)
