Our welcoming home has three distinct living 'zones.' The top floor has a master suite with a king bed and private bath (soaking tub and separate shower) and loft (w/ built-in double bed). The middle floor (no stairs to climb, great for older knees) has an open kitchen/dining/living area (w/fireplace), 1/2 bath off kitchen, and a master suite with a king bed and private full bath (shower only, no tub). The lower floor has a mudroom with extra-large capacity washer and dryer, 1/2 bath, entertainment area with sofa/love seat/fireplace/50-inch TV, and a large bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and private bath (tub/shower combo and double sinks).
