All on ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen. 5 bedrooms: 3 double, one with additional single and en-suite shower room with toilet, one with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and toilet, 2 twin, one with additional single. Bathroom with shower attachement and toilet. Shower room with toilet. . Gas central heating and electricity included (2nd October-29th April £45per week, £25 per short break). Bed linen and towels included. Travel cot. High chair. 3 Freesat TVs. DVD. Stereo/CD. Electricity oven. 6-ring electric hob. Microwave. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Wi-fi. Garden with decking and furniture. Ample parking. The hot tub is charged at £70per week/ £50 per short break and the sauna is charged at £70per week/£30 for short breaks and are available all year round. No smoking. NB: Unfenced lake in grounds (not for guests use). This property has a security deposit of £100.. This very special, detached, lakeside lodge offers spacious well-appointed holiday accommodation with its own hot tub and sauna. One of several within 275 acres of parkland, and set within its own 1-acre plot, it's a great rural location to enjoy the lake views. Visitors can enjoy lovely scenic walking through woodland, around the lakes and local lanes which are ideal for cycling. There is also a children's play area and an on-site clubhouse with bar where children are welcome (open all day every day, excluding Tuesdays). A water skiing school is available locally by prior arrangement. Golf and horse riding are available nearby and a great array of attractions lie within an easy drive. The gorgeous unspoilt sandy beaches at Holkham and Wells are justifiably famous. Hunstanton has a Victorian seaside resort where visitors will find a host of family entertainment. Just 6 miles away are the historic, harbourside winding lanes of the old town and wide variety of shops in the port of King's Lynn. Whilst the medieval city of Norwich with its castle, museums and excellent shopping offers a great day out. This property can be booked with Waters Reach (E5080) and Lakeland Lodge (E4991). Shop 4 miles, pub and restaurant 2 miles.

There is an unfenced lake at the end of the garden, using the lake is not allowed, it is very dangerous.
Full central heating is included from 30th April - 1st October. From the 2nd October - 29th April there is a charge of £45 per week, £25 per short break for the heating.
The hot tub is charged at £70pw/ £50 per short break and the sauna is charged at £70pw/£30 for short breaks and are available all year round. Hot tub cannot be used after 11pm. Please don't forget to bring extra towels if you are using the hot tub.
Please call 1 week prior to arrange payment, along with the returnable £100 security deposit.
The Club house is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoons.
Please contact the owner prior to arrival if you require charging for an electric car, a small charge will be made for this service.
