The villa is spacious and light with a large screened South/East-facing spa- and swimming pool overlooking a gorgeous conservation area. Enjoy and relax on the large pool deck with sun loungers and a covered lanai with cabana bath, table & chairs.
The view is further enhanced from the large private balcony of the master bedroom, with a splendid view over the lake providing a delightful location to witness spectacular sunrises and enjoy sundowners in the spa at the end of the day.
The bedrooms are spacious and located on second floor. The master bedroom with a King size bed, walk-in closet and en-suite facilities. Second Master bed with a King size bed and its own bath, the other two shares the third bathroom. LED TV’s in all bedrooms including a blue-ray DVD in the master bed.
Our villa provides two separate lounge areas - the family room hosting a large 55” LED Smart TV with WiFi, large TV package and blu-ray DVD for your entertainment. The second area provides an ideal setting for some simple quiet time, perhaps reading your favorite book. Free WiFi as well as local telephone calls (US and Canada) available for you.
Adjoining one of two dining areas, the new fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar - provides all the cooking facilities you would want and a microwave, coffee machine, blender and toaster are included as well as dishwasher and large American-style fridge freezer.
All bed linen and towels are provided for your stay and there is a large washing machine and dryer for your laundry needs.
