The space
A spacious yet cozy place to relax and enjoy time at the lake while being minutes from everything in Baxter/Brainerd lakes area.
Let the littles burn some energy in the basement playroom or bigger kids challenge you to some games in the garage (giant Jenga, giant Connect 4, giant Sequence, Tiki ring toss, etc.). Belly up to the large bar with lighting underneath, six barstools, and purse hooks. Enjoy cold beverages and snacks from the garage fridge. There is also a half bathroom in garage.
Walk out the master bedroom or basement living room to relax on the hammock to sounds of loons. Enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine on the deck. Lake is known for excellent pan and bass fishing. There is a space for everyone.

Lake level is extremely low and lake bottom is mucky therefore we do not recommend swimming off the lakeshore or dock. Please take the kayaks or paddle board out into the lake. Boats may be parked at the dock, but please use your best judgement due to low water levels. Owners are not liable for damages to guests' property. Golf Clubs are not provided for the simulator. Make sure to bring your own.
