Located in the quiet, leafy northern suburb of Preston in Melbourne, within 10kms of the CBD. Tram 11 at your door step and a short trip to Brunswick St. or the city in just 20 minutes. Walking distance to the train station and easy access to freeways.

A spacious open plan living area features a practical living space and kitchen. One bedroom with large en-suite. Living room with sofa (bed) and full equipped kitchen with appliances including a coffee machine, smart Tv, and complimentary wifi from 7 am to 10pm.
You will feel so at home with everything at your doorstep in this abode oozing with character and charm.
There is a private deck for our guests to access from the bungalow, nice and quite place for reading or to have a glass of wine.
We've also got a couple of chooks which you can hear from the bungalow sometimes and a friendly Border Collie who loves see new people.
Prestige position and walking distances to cafes and restaurants. Preston Market is only minutes away - this is a vibrant place full of character, fresh fruit, meat, fish, flowers, bakery, coffee places and restaurants.
Close by is also High Street and it numerous bars and award winning restaurants.
Right next to Merri Creek and the bike paths.

Most of our bookings are made through “Airbnb” where Marta is rated as a “superhost” .
NOTE: we are building a mud/brick passive & sustainable house. A great project but be aware it can be some noise sometimes, not very often as the works around the house has finished and of course always aware of respecting your privacy.
