Summary: I almost cancelled our booking after reading some mixed reviews online. Im so glad i didnt. The hotel is in an excellent quiet location, within a 5-10 minute walk from Westminster Abbey and close to Victoria station. The layout of the hotel is a bit different but thats also due to the age of the property. We had a deluxe king room which wed chosen as the queen rooms look very small and this was spacious and lovely. The bathrooms on the small size and no fan but towels replaced daily during our stay as well as bottled water. The fridge is a great addition. The bed is 2 singles together, we didnt find it a big ossue but some might. We ate at the Tiffin Tree which is an indian restaurant linked to the hotel and the food was excellent and well priced. Id absolutely stay again and would recommend to others.
