20 G Street is a wicked awesome large house - perfect for family reunions and large gatherings. This is a great place to pull your family together, grab some lobsters and spend some quality time together 1/2 a block from the beach and 2 miles of boardwalk!!
It has been Family Reunion Central for our family over Labor Day weekend for the past 9 summers. Great memories!!!
20 G has gone thru 8 winters of renovation.... all new electrical, laminate flooring, new kitchens, mattresses are 6 years old, all bunk beds are 5 - 7 years old, all new showers and updated bathrooms.
Mitsubishi mini split provides A/C in the massive living room. 30,000 BTUs of cooling/heating on the second floor. 5 bedrooms and kitchens on the first floor have heat and A/C
