Nine miles from home, Rock City grants you the chance to see seven states from the tippy-top of Lookout Mountain. On your way up, find a little magic at Fairyland Caverns and Mother Goose Village. And if that’s not enough to fill your days, we’ve got more: visit Ruby Falls, a 145-foot underground waterfall 15 minutes from home, ride up Lookout Mountain on the Incline Railway in St. Elmo, 10 minutes away, or learn history first hand at Chickamauga Battlefield, 15 minutes away.
